Non-Profit Status

The CMA Legacy Society was launched in 2015 to honor the Vail Valley Motorcycle Foundation’s (VVMF) commitment to helping Vail Valley kids achieve their full potential. Founded in 2004 as the charitable arm of the Cordillera Motorcycle Association, the VVMF was able to provide over $2M in charitable support throughout the Vail Valley for an entire decade by raising money through golf tournaments and fundraisers. With that approach having run its course, the CMA Legacy Society currently raises funds through a more simplified, non-event based approach to annual giving. As a result, 100% of all donations go directly to the kids and students. Donors and recipients are celebrated at an annual Thank You Party for their dedication to filling the gap. By making a donation to the CMA Legacy Society, you will continue to support the goals initiated by the VVMF. CMA Legacy Society operates under the Vail Valley Motorcycle Foundation’s 5013c status. Its tax ID# is: 34-2002777.
